Returns & Exchanges

Thank You for visiting Artchway! We hope you love your experience with us. Every once in a while, something can go wrong with an order (though we do everything we can to reduce the chances of that happening). If or when that situation happens, we are here for you and ready to help. The following is our most current Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy:

Artchway (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Artchway, LLC, located at 9436 W Lake Mead Blvd Ste 5 #1093 Las Vegas, NV 89134. Interpretations & Definitions

The words below have meanings defined under Our interpretation and use of the terms. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form. For the purposes of this Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Disclaimer) refers to Artchway, LLC, 9436 W Lake Mead Blvd Ste 5 #1093 Las Vegas, NV 89134.
  • Item means the individual or collective prints, collectibles, or other products purchased through the Website and received through the mail.
  • You means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
  • Website refers to Artchway, accessible 24 hours a day online by visiting https://www.artchway.com

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

APPAREL & shop items

In most cases, we accept returns and process refunds specifically for Shop Items, Apparel, or other Return-Eligible Items returned to us in the original packaging, in original condition, within 30 days of the original order purchase date. If you wish to return a Shop or Apparel item for a refund, please Contact Us with your full name, order number, and any other relevant details to initiate the return process, and we will begin processing your request.

We also accept exchange requests (when inventory is available) for Open Edition or other Return-Eligible Items. Please Contact Us with the information above to initiate the exchange process.

You will be required to ship the item back in its original packaging before the return or exchange can be processed. Once the returned item has been received and processed, pending any issues, your exchange will be confirmed, or your refund will be issued back to the original payment method provided at the time of purchase, depending on your request.

Processing time varies depending on the financial institution, but most refunds process in three (3) to five (5) business days. The actual processing time may be longer or shorter than this estimate. Please contact your financial institution for more information.

PRINTS & NFT ITEMS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges, or process refunds, for prints, NFTs, or NFT bundles or packages sold on Bubblehouse. Each print is carefully made using premium processes, curated and assessed before packaging, and in some cases, hand-signed, numbered, stamped, and sold in extremely limited quantities. NFT sales are tied to blockchain transactions that cannot be undone once transferred. NFTs remain available to owners to hold, trade, or re-sell on the Bubblehouse platform under their Terms and Conditions, with all the rights and privileges of digital asset ownership.

Additionally, a percentage of the proceeds of the sale is committed and appropriated to the featured companion cause listed on the website at the time of the original purchase(s). For these reasons and to maintain the integrity of our limited inventories, we cannot allow general returns, refunds, or exchanges for prints or NFT items.

In some cases, we may process returns for a full or partial refund, though we cannot process exchanges. These instances typically include physical or transit damage caused to the print during or upon delivery. Please refer to the Damaged Items section below for more information about how to initiate a return request when you suspect damage has occurred to your order. Damaged Items

If you suspect or observe damage to your item(s), please Contact Us immediately through our contact page or by sending an email to support@artchway.com. Items that arrive damaged from transit must be reported and claimed through our contact page within ten (10) days of receipt, or we cannot process a return, exchange, or refund request. Please provide your full name, order number, and description of damage(s).

If your Limited, Special, Signature or Reserve Edition item has verifiable delivery damage(s), you may be eligible for a refund. Please Contact Us with all relevant details and we will be glad to assist you.

Lost Items

Items that are lost in transit must be reported and claimed through our contact page within thirty (30) days from the order date, or we cannot process a return, exchange, or refund. If you suspect that your item has been lost in the mail, please Contact Us immediately through our contact page or by sending an email to support@artchway.com

Framed Items

Unfortunately, framed items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. We may offer a discretionary warranty or warranty extension for such items, as necessary in the future, but as of this current policy revision, no such provision exists. This same policy applies to matting, mounting, and/or other framing services we do not currently offer yet may in the future.

Items for Collection

If you order a print for physical collection (intent to physically acquire it in person) but fail to collect within sixty (60) days, the item will be returned to the artist or Artchway (whichever the source may be) and no return, exchange, or refund will be processed. Any items not collected within sixty (60) days are not eligible for a refund or support services, regardless of the circumstances.

Returns Process

If you wish to make a return, please inform us by visiting our contact page or by sending an email to support@artchway.com. Our team will be happy to help, and we typically process most returns within three (3) to five (5) business days. Please check return eligibility for your item before reaching out to ensure the most convenient return experience.

When you contact us, please include your full name, account or order-linked email address, order number and date, and details regarding the issue(s) of concern. We cannot begin the return process without first receiving this information. Once we have confirmed receipt of your request and approved it, we will provide a return shipping label to the email address listed on file.

Once the return process has been initiated, return shipment must be processed using a fully tracked delivery method we will provide, and optional appropriate insurance to protect from transit damage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us. When shipping, items must be returned in original packaging in the same original condition as received.

Whenever possible, You will be given the option of an exchange to replace your item. If an exchange is not possible due to inventory or other reasons, we will refund your original purchase price minus the charitable contribution percentage(s) and a 15% restocking and handling fee. The difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Variations & Discrepencies

In artwork and design, sometimes colors reflected in the final product may not fully or accurately portray the colors or visual impression(s) interpreted through the website or in posted images on social media, the internet, or in physical print. There are many ways to view digital forms of our art and design work across the website. Depending on the individual or viewing environment, this can leave an unexpected or unwanted impression if the item received is not identical to the version seen on the website or elsewhere. If you feel your item does not appropriately match the image(s) you see on-screen, please contact support@artchway.com.

In some cases, due to error, unintended design variations, typos, and/or discrepancies may appear within a product or print. If there is cause for concern, please contact support@artchway.com.

We reserve the right to determine which appropriate actions, if any, we will take to resolve various issues of customer concern.
