SHIPPING & HANDLING //
How much does shipping cost?
For a limited time, all domestic shipping within the contiguous United States & DC is 100% free regardless of order size or cost. There are no order minimums, no handling fees, and all prints & products available for sale are eligible for free domestic shipping.
There is a $5 flat fee for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (PR). There is a $10 flat fee for shipping to the U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), American Samoa (AS), Guam (GM), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), and certain other select international locations or territories.
We are finalizing the process of securing our permanent international shipping carriers and temporarily can not offer international shipping through our website. If international shipping is required or desired, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
When will I receive my order in the mail?
We always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible with most order statuses confirmed for processing within 1-2 days.
If your purchase was physical, such as a collectible print or product from the shop, your order must first be processed, which takes approximately 2-5 business days. It’s then shipped to your order destination address from one of our facilities, which takes between 3-10 business days. If your order purchase was digital, you will receive your purchase digitally via email, within 24 hours of purchase.
In some cases, organic, eco-friendly, custom, or other prints or products may ship to you from an overseas holding facility. In these rare instances, please allow up to 2-3 weeks from the time of purchase for your order to complete delivery to its final destination.
If more than 21 days have passed without delivery of your order, please Contact Us immediately and we will review the situation.
If you have any questions about your order shipments or tracking, please Contact Us. We’re always here for you & happy to help.
How do I track my order shipment?
When your order has completed processing and has shipped with our carrier, you will receive a tracking email update and an updated tracking button will appear in the Orders section of your Account Dashboard. Go to your Orders or check your email. Should you experience issues obtaining tracking information or have questions not answered in the FAQ, please Contact Us.
How will my print be packaged for shipment?
We go to great lengths to ensure safe, careful, pristine delivery of your order to its final destination address with a vetted list of trusted mail carriers. All signature and reserve edition prints are shipped in custom-cut, reinforced, spiral-wound, kraft mailing tubes, finished with additional protections on the inside and outside of the tube. We currently do not offer flat packing prints.
Shop items and all other non-print items are usually shipped in custom packages or tubes with acid-free tissue when applicable. Shipment tubes for Open, Limited, and Special Edition prints are usually triangular poster tubes. Packaging materials may vary. If you have additional questions about packaging, or feel you have specific packaging needs, please Contact Us and we’ll help you.
What if there is transit damage to one of my packages?
If you experience damage to a tube or package from transit, please Contact Us with details, and we’ll do everything we can to help. Generally, the prints we sell are limited from a collection and irreplaceable, therefore we evaluate damage(s) on a situational basis. We know these things happen and it isn’t your fault when it happens in transit. Rest assured we have protection measures for you.
You can help with the processing time for your damage report by documenting the damage with photos and sending them to us. We’re happy to help with damaged prints or other physical products, so if it happens, please reach out for support with your order.
What if I never received the package but it says delivered?
We use tracking information to ensure that every package we ship is traced and monitored every step of the way during transit. Tracking information for your order can always be found in the Orders section of your Account Dashboard, under Orders. Please check your Account first to locate available tracking information. If it’s not available, please check again after 3-5 business days.
If your package has delivered but you cannot find it, be sure to check your mailbox or other preferred delivery locations closely. Sometimes your local carrier will hold these types of deliveries for you at your local post office or other specific pickup location. Most of the time, when tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, it may still be en route, redirected or otherwise delayed from its original delivery window. Rest assured, in these cases your package is still in transit, and the delivery will be completed.
How long does shipping take during the holidays?
We do everything possible to ensure the busy holiday shipping season does not negatively impact our delivery times. However, this can occur due to supply chain issues, shipment bottlenecks, and other related delays. It’s usually out of our hands, but when we see delays, we intervene to the best of our ability to get things moving. As a general precaution, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for complete delivery of your order if shipped during the holiday season (October-December). As always, all orders come with tracking.
PRINTING & PRODUCTION //
What sizes are available for physical prints?
Currently, the sizes of our physical prints vary depending on individual print and collection specifics. In other words, some print collections come in certain sizes, exclusive to their collection, while other prints, such as singles, special or reserve edition prints, and certain open and other edition prints, may come in a unique size. There is no established standard for print sizes at Artchway.
At the time of launch, most prints are being released in an inaugural specification of 16″ x 16″ paper size for 12″ x 12″ print size. But that will not always be the case. Some editions of prints, bonus editions, or other specialties may not adhere to those parameters.
Keep checking new collections, the Print Gallery, and follow our other pages for detailed information about paper and print sizes.
What types of physical prints are available?
Right now, we offer elite paper prints in professional, museum-grade, archival quality. In the future, we will offer prints presented on metal, canvas, vinyl, fabric, wood, and other materials, including new, eco-friendly components, and framing or matting options for prints. Currently, we do not offer framing, matting, or mounting options for collectible physical prints, but we will in the future.
Can I purchase matting or framing?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer matting or framing options for collectible prints, but we are moving fast to include these options in the near future. Please Contact Us with your suggestions and thank you for your patience as we expand our offerings. Once we have secured reliable, eco-conscious sources for professional matting and framing, we will offer those services to you.
wHICH PRINTERS DOES ARTCHWAY USE?
Artchway uses a combination of high-quality, full-color printing processes by Atlantis and MGV Color, but we will sometimes use our own in-house processes to create special prints. We may also use custom printing processes by Athens Paper & Packaging. All our premium printing partners use full spectrum, robust inks to produce bright, vivid, vibrant colors for every print that is created.
How does the printing process work?
Artchway uses two similar printing processes to produce stunning archival-quality prints. The difference depends on the rarity of the edition. For Limited, Special, and Signature Edition prints, they are produced in quantities matching a specific print run size.
When that print run has been produced, the original proofing materials and/or files are destroyed and that edition immediately becomes out of print. While there is the possibility of a newer variant, it is never guaranteed, and the original print run is final.
For Open Edition or similarly unlimited eEdition print runs, we do not have a quantity limit, and customers are free to purchase as many prints from an Open Edition as they’d like. Usually, when an Open Edition print run reaches 1,000-2,000 we reevaluate the run, looking to enhance or replace the item with either a variation or alternate version. If we do not, the run is discontinued indefinitely.
What this means is that physical Artchway prints come in generally finite quantities, making our collectible prints rare while also still accessible to collect. Every single print or item we offer will be evaluated occasionally for style, relevance, quality, and design.
iS FULL COLLECTION pRINTING DONE in-house?
While Artchway strives to inevitably perform all our printing in-house, as a brand-new addition to our space, we rely on strategically formed partnerships with top-quality printers to ensure our premium brand consistency is maintained through every piece created. This means that we use deeply vetted printing experts with the finest materials and machinery to accomplish the results we need.
Just because we use premium printers doesn’t mean we don’t have an eye on the process every step of the way. We use custom quality control criteria to ensure every print meets our high standards, and many are hand-finished in-house before shipment.
How is Artchway an eco-friendly gallery?
We go to great lengths to integrate eco-conscious practices into everything we do. From vetting organic and select vendors for paper and materials to minting state-of-the-art NFTs on the eco-friendly Polygon blockchain, Artchway is committed to making a positive global impact in our production and procedures. At opening, more than 80% of our inventory is eco-friendly or organically sourced, and we have plans to reach 100% by the end of 2025. Sustainability is embedded in all we care about and all we create.

PRICING & PURCHASING //
How much do physical prints typically cost?
That is one of the best parts of Artchway! Our pricing is almost always lower than traditional galleries and marketplaces because of the effort we put into sourcing, vetting, and building relationships with premium-quality partners and producers. We always pass the savings we secure from our vendors directly to our customers. There are many other factors that affect the final cost of prints, such as fluctuating material costs, shipping and packaging, and other elements, but rest assured we build our pricing to include everything associated with the creation and production of our prints and items. The end result means affordable artwork for all.
Generally, the greater the rarity of a print or collection, the higher the price will be. But since Artchway already provides exclusive pricing for all our prints, NFTs, collections, and items, this means a print that may normally cost thousands will only cost hundreds, or maybe less. Prints that normally cost hundreds might only cost a fraction of that price in our galleries. Prices do change often, so it’s a great idea to keep checking back in our galleries for new releases, pricing, adjustments, or other changes to our marketplaces.
How much do NFTs or non-fungible tokens cost?
There is really no direct answer to that question except to point to the current MSRP prices of the individual NFTs themselves in the native currency used to purchase, sell, and trade them – ETH from the Ethereum blockchain, or WETH from the Polygon blockchain. The cool thing about our NFTs is they are minted at the time of purchase on Polygon, creating an eco-friendly, carbon-neutral NFT.
In our Artchway galleries, Limited and Special Edition NFTs have had their WETH prices converted to USD for your convenience. While we display these prices openly in our NFT Portal, final NFT purchase transactions are hosted on Bubblehouse in US dollars.
How much do prints from collections cost?
Generally, the greater the rarity of a collection, the more expensive the prints will be. Other factors that affect collection print prices include the specific edition of the print or collection, whether or not it is numbered, signed by the artist, or hand finished in some way, and the details pertaining to the materials used, source of materials, and cost of production and shipping. These prices vary.
For the most part, our collection prints cost less than $200 each, even when processing extremely high-end archival print qualities. There are, of course, numerous exceptions to that, as prints found in Special and Reserve Editions can often land in higher ranges. If you have any questions about the pricing of a print or collection piece, please Contact Us. We’ll be happy to answer as best we can.
What factors influence the cost of a print?
Great question! The short and simple answer is that many things impact and influence the cost or price of a print. We work hard to ensure that our strategic partnerships keep those costs to a minimum, so we can offer high-end artwork for a fraction of traditional prices. Despite our best efforts, there are still many fixed and variable factors that affect the final pricing of the prints in our shops.
These factors include: materials used, source of materials, cost of production, cost of shipping, ink used and sourcing the right ink for the right print(s), fluctuating industry prices related to supply chain issues, production demand, and overall size of collections. There are other factors that influence pricing and this is not an exhaustive list. For questions about our pricing, please Contact Us.
GIVING & COMMUNITY //
How does Artchway give back?
Artchway plans to give more to our local, national, and international communities, as we expand our mission goals to encompass broader objectives with our partners in the future. We always start somewhere, and that local haven is Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S.A. From this community, we hope to reach out to others, and champion contribution levels for worthy organizations that need it.
Our current contribution level is 15% of net profits from all print sales, donated to our featured Companion Cause of the quarter. A quarterly timeframe allows us the opportunity to gather proceeds from across all sales to equally benefit all chosen organizations. For more information about our charitable contributions or how you can give even more, please Contact Us. We’re happy to help.
How does Artchway support artists?
We provide artists with a new and unique platform to showcase their incredible talents to the world, earn more revenue, and make a difference for the causes that matter most to them. We do this by hosting new and emerging artists in our marketplaces to help promote their work, by taking an industry minimum in administrative costs to host that work on our platform, and by providing a framework for giving that artists can use to generate contributions to causes and charities that they love. Best of all, it’s easy to do.
Artists are welcome on the Artchway platform by showcasing their work in any of our three exclusive marketplaces. Physical prints and other framed or unframed artwork can be hosted in The Print Gallery, digital artwork or crypto assets like NFTs can be hosted in our state-of-the-art NFT Portal marketplace, and artist or brand products can all be found throughout our Official Artchway Shop.
For more information about featuring your work in one or all of our marketplaces, please Contact Us, and we’ll be happy to help.
How does Artchway help protect the environment?
Right now, over 80% of our sourced items are either organic or eco-friendly materials with plans to reach a carbon-neutral 100% sustainability goal by 2025. We pride ourselves in the high-quality standards we set forth for all our prints, good, and products.
Also, most of the time, NFTs are minted on the Ethereum blockchain, which has been proven to be a generally unsustainable and ecologically damaging method of NFT minting. By requiring miners to compete to verify transactions, energy consumption from minting NFTs on the “main” blockchains has gotten out of hand. Our solution is to mint on the eco-friendly Polygon blockchain.
The Polygon blockchain is considered a “sidechain,” though it carries all the protections and security of the main blockchains. You also do not have to hold Ethereum or other cryptocurrency to purchase an NFT on the Polygon blockchain. And because the digital NFTs will be minted at the time of purchase, there are no “gas fees,” which means you do not pay extra fees to collect or trade NFTs!
The Polygon blockchain is helping pave the way for a more sustainable future in NFTs and digital artwork trading. Artchway is proud to partner with Bubblehouse to highlight the Polygon blockchain, and our incredible lineup of collectible NFTs we are minting on it.
For more information or to view our current NFT collections, please visit our NFT Portal, or reach out to Contact Us with questions.
How does Artchway contribute to the community?
Besides being vocal supporters of Las Vegas, Nevada’s incredible First Friday Art Collective, Artchway intends to continue giving back through revenue and community efforts to our local organizations doing the hard work in economic and financial areas that are not related to art or the art world. We support the great efforts made by organizations like Friends of Red Rock Canyon, whose tireless work helps protect and preserve the gorgeous mountains and lands of Red Rock Canyon for residents and visitors to enjoy.
Our community involvement both at home and abroad will only expand as time passes and our connections strengthen. We hope you will join us on our mission to make a difference in our world through the work that we do and the impact that it leaves behind. For more information about our community efforts, thoughts on conservation, and other related issues, be sure to follow our Blog.

What is the difference between the editions?
Artchway currently offers five premiere editions of archival artwork prints: Open, Limited, Special, Signature, and Reserve. There are plans for future editions to be featured but no updates have been released. Generally, the main difference between them is rarity or quantity of prints created in a run or collection. The different editions have different quantities of prints they contain. For example, some special edition print releases may be restricted to just 250 prints, numbered 1 to 250. When all 250 are sold or gone, they’re never sold again. Similarly, Signature, Special, & Reserve Editions come in their own quantities and are discontinued when sold.
Here is a visual reference that breaks down the fundamental differences between each of the five editions of collectible rarity:

How do NFT editions work?
Currently, Artchway NFTs are divided into two types of collections: Limited or Special Editions. Our initial limited NFT collections are restricted to only 100 or less of each NFT, while our initial Special edition NFT collections are limited to only 50 or less of each NFT.
Each individual NFT will be numbered and catalogued on Bubblehouse for purchase. Please visit our NFT Portal for full collections. Should you have any questions about NFTs, or how we structure our distinct editions of digital artwork for sale, please Contact Us.
